VAAGUE, Early Life Forms, Adja, Francesco Turrisi Trio, Wajdi Riahi Trio, HYPERCONTENT!, Stéphane Galland & Jeroen Van Herzeele, Helena Casella, Mobilhome, Louis Matute Large Ensemble, Bandler Ching are just a few of the more than 100 impressive names that will blow you away during the free Lotto Brussels Jazz Weekend in the heart of Brussels from May 23rd to 25th.
Lotto Brussels Jazz Weekend once again guarantees three days full of discovery, experience and encounters. With a strong focus on Belgian talent, brand new music projects and resounding names from the contemporary scene, downtown Brussels will turn into a vibrant stage for top-level jazz. For this year's lineup, the organization is joining forces with AB, Les Lundis d'Hortense and VK.
From May 23rd to 25th, the Grand-Place will be all about contemporary jazz. On Place de la Bourse, under the heading ‘Jazz & Beyond’, we will be coloring outside the lines of traditional jazz, although ties with the genre will never be far. Our third main stage is on Place Sainte-Catherine, where we'll be presenting the ‘Next Gen’ podium with the new Brussels Jazz Vanguard, a competition for promising jazz bands. Fifteen bands have been selected from a total of 150, via VI.BE, Court-Circuit and KCB/CRB (royal Conservatories of Brussels) who will give the best of themselves during the festival! A professional jury, along with the public, will vote to determine who will win the prizes and their spot on one of the main stages during the next edition in 2026.

As usual, all concerts are free of charge. This is first and foremost thanks to our wonderful sponsors and subsiding partners, which you can see below.
Furthermore, we get our income largely from the sale of drinks and food. Want to help keep Lotto Brussels Jazz Weekend free? Then enjoy tasty drinks and snacks at the official bars and food stands during the festival.
Indoor concerts
At night, you'll be free to roam in more than 30 fantastic cafés, bars and clubs enjoying our indoor program. In a few weeks, we will announce the artists you will see at work.
Salsa matinee on Sunday
Put on your dancing shoes and your best summer outfit because on Sunday May 25th we'll start as early as 11.30 a.m. with an unadulterated salsa matinee on Place Sainte-Catherine. The Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, with Charanga Bruselas and Banda Bruselas will provide the ideal music to get your hips moving.
